Residely

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Residely is a subscription software service operated by M29 Media LLC (doing business as NFM Labs). This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work.

Subscriptions & billing

Residely plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com; your receipts and billing management are handled through Paddle.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are a new customer and you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that initial charge. Just contact us and we will refund it — no lengthy process.

Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

Usage-based charges

Any usage that has already been delivered — for example voice-assistant minutes beyond your plan's allowance, or resident-outreach messages already sent — is non-refundable, since those services were provided.

Billing errors & duplicate charges

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or believe there is a mistake on your invoice, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate and correct it, including issuing a refund where a genuine billing error occurred.

How to request a refund

Email support@residely.ai from the address on your account, or reply to any Paddle receipt. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
